• HR and talent acquisition. Our core practice. We hire recruiters and sourcers, talent acquisition leads, HR generalists, HR business partners, HR managers and HR directors. HR hires can include 90 days of mentoring to help the new person settle in and deliver.

• Technology. Engineering, product, data and AI/ML roles, from senior specialists to CTO and VP of Engineering.

• Executive search. C-level and heads of functions across the business.

KeyPerson runs KeyPartners Club, a community of recruiters and HR professionals. We hold HR clubs, training sessions and courses, and share the tools and practices that work. The community gives our clients fast access to HR talent we already know.

KeyPerson recruits on behalf of its clients. When you apply to a role published here, your future employer is the client company described in the vacancy. KeyPerson runs the first stages: screening, interviews and assessment. Shortlisted candidates meet the client for the final interviews and the offer. Some clients stay confidential at the first stage; in that case the vacancy describes the company without its name.
