We help experienced developers find a job and keep growing. The market has changed: there are more applicants than openings, and job hunting has turned into a full-time job of its own. We take that work off developers’ hands so they can focus on what they do best.

Our model is simple: a client pays nothing until they get an offer. We only earn once they’re already working, so we care about the result as much as they do.

🎯 We’re not a course. Every developer works one-on-one with a tech lead, while a whole team handles the job search and interview prep. Plus our own AI product, Uncle Apply, which automates job applications.

The team is tech leads, recruiters, a developer and a designer. We’re small, and our goal is to get each person to an offer, not just run them through a program.

UncleSolutions was founded by Vitalii Polishchuk, Taras Kosiachenko and Alexandro Cinque. They’re still in the day-to-day: talking to candidates, working through the tough cases and answering questions directly.
