Director’s Treatment Designer (Readymag)

We are looking for a designer who does more than just "make things look pretty." We need someone who can capture the rhythm of a pitch, balance text and visuals, and help the director tell their story visually.

What You’ll Do:

• Create treatments in Readymag (using both custom designs and our internal templates).

• Work with provided copy and references to design high-end presentations that look and feel like landing pages.

• Craft scroll dynamics, micro-details, and animations so the treatment "reads" like a visual cinematic experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Readymag (or a strong desire to learn it quickly).

• A strong eye for composition, typography, color, and rhythm.

• Command of typographic hierarchy: The ability to transform a block of text into headers, subheaders, body copy, quotes, and "text-as-design" elements (it must be legible, not just beautiful).

• Resourcefulness: Ability to find or create high-quality design elements.

• Strategic Mindset: Understanding that a treatment isn’t just a slideshow—it’s a tool to win the pitch.

• Patience: We all know how "exciting" rounds of revisions can be!

• Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work night shifts due to client time zone differences.

• Language Skills: English proficiency (briefs, copy, and feedback are in English; internal communication is in Ukrainian).

• Adaptability: Readiness to work with translators for projects in other languages.

• Autonomy: Reliability and the ability to handle tight deadlines independently.
