Coordinate and support selected clients throughout the design process, including:
Regular calls and meetings.
Explaining project stages and processes.
Coordinating key decisions together with our team of architects and designers.
Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Communicate with leads coming from Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, participate in relevant professional groups, and develop international business connections.
Represent the studio at industry competitions, exhibitions, and conferences.
What We Expect from You
Fluent Ukrainian and English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Experience in sales and negotiations (B2B experience is a strong advantage).
Experience in client relationship management and handling long sales cycles.
Experience working with a CRM system.
Knowledge of the architecture, design, or real estate development industries is a major plus.
KPIs and Performance Metrics
We clearly measure results based on the following indicators:
Number of successful negotiations.
Deals closed and contracts signed.
Quality of client support throughout the design process.
Growth of international connections and new business opportunities for the studio.
What We Offer
The opportunity to join a young, creative, and friendly team.
The chance to work with international projects and clients.
Participation in exhibitions, competitions, and conferences.
Room for initiative: your ideas could become a new direction for the studio.
Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.
✨ If you know how to connect with people, negotiate effectively, and help clients feel confident throughout the process — and you dream of working on international projects — join MARTINS studio!
