• Identify, reproduce, and clearly document defects with steps to reproduce, evidence, and impact assessment
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Validate bug fixes and improvements, ensuring issues are fully resolved without regressions
• Support release readiness by coordinating test cycles, reporting quality status, and highlighting risks
• Maintain clear QA documentation, test results, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement

• Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives) and provide quality input
Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile development practices and collaborating in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working with test environments, test data, and basic troubleshooting to isolate issues
• Working knowledge of tools commonly used in QA (e.g., Jira or similar issue tracking systems)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Basic SQL skills for validating data and investigating issues
• Exposure to test automation concepts and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) even if not hands-on
• Experience testing on multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how testing fits into release workflows
What Success Looks Like
• You consistently catch issues before release and help reduce escaped defects
• Test coverage improves over time, and QA documentation remains clear and up to date
• You communicate quality risks early, enabling better product decisions and smoother releases
