• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM, ensuring clean data and consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align on messaging, account strategy, and handoff quality.

• Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound prospecting (email, calls, social selling).
• Comfort working with targets and performance metrics, with a disciplined approach to follow-up.
• Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and customer-focused.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to track activities and manage leads.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple accounts and tasks at once.
• Polish language proficiency suitable for business conversations with prospects in Poland.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and sequencing tools.
• Ability to support multi-stakeholder sales cycles and collaborate across teams.
• Experience qualifying leads with structured methods (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC).
Compensation
• Salary: 4000 PLN per month (gross).
Work Location
• Poland (work arrangement to be confirmed based on company needs).
