Compensation: 20,000 PLN (B2B; monthly)

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high quality standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning goals into clear plans, removing blockers, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work in a fast-moving, international setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through release and handover, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, design, QA, operations) to ensure smooth execution and accountability
• Facilitate core ceremonies and working sessions (kick-offs, planning, weekly status, retrospectives, decision meetings) and drive follow-ups to closure
• Manage project scope and change control, proactively assessing impacts on timeline, budget, and quality
• Identify delivery risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate effectively when needed
• Ensure stakeholder alignment by communicating clearly in English, translating business needs into actionable work items
• Track delivery progress using agreed KPIs and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
• Support continuous improvement by refining processes, templates, and ways of working across projects
• Contribute to vendor/partner coordination when relevant, including expectations, deliverables, and timelines

Must-Have Requirements
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong command of English (high level) for day-to-day collaboration, written updates, and stakeholder meetings
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid) and when to apply them
• Ability to create clear plans, prioritize work, and manage dependencies in a structured, transparent way
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence handling difficult conversations and trade-offs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including consistent reporting and documentation
• Availability to work on a B2B contract in Poland

Nice-to-Have
• Experience delivering software, digital products, or technology-enabled initiatives
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Miro, Notion, or similar
• Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, PSM, or Scrum Master (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
• Basic understanding of SDLC and QA/release processes
