Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute the email marketing strategy across lifecycle stages (onboarding, engagement, reactivation, retention) with clear goals and KPIs.
• Plan, create, launch, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation journeys.
• Own paid advertising/PPC strategy and day-to-day management across relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), including budgeting, targeting, and creative testing.
• Monitor performance daily/weekly, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
• Partner with design, content, product, and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and assets aligned to brand and business priorities.
• Maintain strong marketing analytics and reporting cadence, translating data into insights, decisions, and clear next steps for stakeholders.
• Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines to ensure high-quality execution and on-time launches.
• Ensure compliance and deliverability best practices for email (list hygiene, sender reputation, consent management) and paid media policy adherence.
• Research competitors and market trends, recommending new channels, tactics, and experiments to sustain growth.
Must-Have Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with hands-on ownership of email marketing and paid advertising/PPC.
• Strong practical knowledge of email campaign operations: segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and deliverability fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid media budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Solid analytical skills and experience using metrics to drive decisions (e.g., ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, churn/retention).
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain performance and trade-offs in plain language.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Based in Kyiv, Ukraine (or able to work from Kyiv as required).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience with marketing automation/ESP tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze) and CRM integrations.
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution concepts.
• Experience collaborating on creative strategy for ads (hooks, offers, messaging angles) and iterative testing.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (scale-ups, agencies, or high-growth teams).
What Success Looks Like
• Email and paid media programs consistently hit or exceed agreed KPIs for revenue, retention, and acquisition efficiency.
• Campaign performance improves through structured testing and clear learnings shared with the team.
• Reporting is reliable, actionable, and supports confident decision-making across stakeholders.
