- Experience writing clear test cases and executing structured manual test suites
- Working knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr or similar)
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum environment and managing priorities across multiple tasks
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail, with a practical mindset toward risk and impact
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and understanding of REST/JSON fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of SQL for validating data and troubleshooting issues
- Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and understanding mobile-specific QA considerations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and how testing fits into automated deployments
- Understanding of performance, security, or accessibility testing fundamentals
What Success Looks Like

- Defects are documented clearly and resolved efficiently through strong collaboration
- Test coverage improves over time, aligned to real user and business risk
- QA processes are consistent, lightweight, and support fast iteration without sacrificing quality
