Production Manager / Advertising Production Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to coordinate the production and installation of outdoor advertising, POS materials, and custom retail branding solutions for a grocery retail chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full production cycle of advertising materials and retail branding solutions;

• Manage the production and installation of outdoor advertising, POS materials, signage, navigation systems, and custom advertising structures;

• Liaise with suppliers, production vendors, and installation teams;

• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budgets;

• Coordinate installation works at retail locations;

• Travel regularly within Ukraine to oversee project implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Printing Technology, Polygraphy, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field;

• Proven experience coordinating production vendors and installation contractors;

• Strong understanding of advertising production technologies and installation processes;

• Excellent organizational and project management skills;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine.
