The Role

Join our team as a Manual QA Engineer and help ensure the quality of AI-driven features that empower thousands of users. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end testing of our 2 core products, covering web apps, Chrome extension, and integrations. You’ll know the product inside out, proactively identify issues, and continuously improve quality to ensure a seamless experience across all user journeys.

What You’ll Do

• Perform manual testing of web apps (desktop & mobile browsers)

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and checklists

• Report, track, and verify defects in collaboration with the dev team

• Participate in feature reviews and QA planning sessions

• Suggest improvements to QA processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in manual QA (preferably in mobile and desktop browsers)

• Strong understanding of testing types, bug life cycle, and QA methodologies

• Solid attention to detail and structured thinking

• Proactive attitude and ownership mindset

• High level of curiosity about AI technologies

• Strong written and spoken Ukrainian, good command of English (at least B1)

Bonus Points:

• Experience testing AI products 

• Interest in UX, usability, and product quality
